Although tucked out of the way in the foothills of the Snowdonia National Park, transport links are good.
By Bus: Take the 85 service from Bangor or Llanberis to the last stop in Rhiwlas. You will be able to see the Old Post Office from the bus stop, just a few metres further up the hill!
By Train: The nearest mainline station is Bangor.
By Car: From the A55 North Wales Expressway, take junction 5 (A5) towards Llanberis. At the first roundabout, take the second exit onto the A244 Felin Hen Road. Proceed through Pentir and look out for the Vaynol Arms on your right. Take the next junction on your left into Rhiwlas. Continue up the hill for about one mile. The Old Post Office is a large building near the top of the village on the right.
